Melorman is the moniker of Antonis Haniotakis an electronic artist born in Athens,Greece. He has contributed with tracks in Music Labels such as Symbolic Interaction,Archaic Horizon,Summer Rain Recordings,Shima Records, IVDT ,CCT Records,Sixteensteps and Envizagae.

His sound is based on melodic elements and coloured loop lines with a tone of melancholy.The melodies are aerial and fluffy changing as frequently as it can get.

Melorman tries to reach the ultimate feeling that melody may have to human emotional state. His latest work “Out in a field” in Symbolic Interaction it’s an ode to melody as he perceives it.

In April 2005 John, CV and Petros formed Afformance. Instrumental soundscapes inspired by post rock, alternative, ambient and postcore scenes, began to take form. Sometime later Dennis and Fotis completed the line-up and the band started to rehearse, record and work on their own music.

Your Hand In Mine consists of two students, Manos Milonakis and George Papadopoulos, from Thessaloniki, Greece, and play beautiful ambient, experimental music . They have taken their name from the a song of Explosions in the Sky. Their first self-titled album (EP) was released in 2007 in a 100 handmade cd copies. In the summer of 2007, they composed original music for Mikio Naruse’s (or here) silent masterpiece Every Night Dreams which they presented live at Thessaloniki’s International Film Festival in November. Every Night Dreams was officially released by Inner Ear label in 2008. There were supporting band in important gigs in Greece the past 2 years: Max Richter, Tuxedomoon and Manyfingers. Don't miss this one! Absolutely brilliant!

Port-Royale :
port-royal (rigorously written with SMALL LETTERS and with the “-” between “port” and “royal”!) - born in summer 2000 in Genoa, Italy - is composed of 5 genoese guys:

Attilio Bruzzone: guitar, synthesizer, programming (founder)
Ettore di Roberto: piano, synthesizer, programming (founder)
Emilio Pozzolini: sampler, programming
giulio corona: bass, programming
Sieva Diamantakos: visuals, video

They play a dreamy, heady, melancholic, wide music on the border among electronica, ambient, shoegaze with some dance elements even if they are AFRAID TO DANCE! The music is mixed with the sensual images and shots of Diamantakos.
The band is now looking for a new label after that RESONANT RECORDINGS - their home for more than 3 years - has closed up.

Absent Without Leave :
is the solo project of the 26 year-old George Mastrokostas, based in Athens, Greece. Recording everything himself in his home-studio, he creates a melancholic sound that covers a multitude of styles such as electronica, post-rock, shoegaze and ambient.
